  We have taken a couple of things in for repairs. Some sling chairs that they restitched in the last 12 months have already started coming loose. They also didn't restitch everything that I asked them to. The boat cover we took in to have the straps redone. We instructed them to replace the buckles as several were starting to crack and we knew that they rest of them would be going soon. They only replaced the cracked ones instead of all as we instructed. Customer service is sub par as the staff always says they need to talk to owner for a price, but the owner is rarely there. They also are not good at completing the work in the time frame they quote, nor do they communicate about delays or even to let you know that it is finished. I've given them two opportunities, but will be looking elsewhere for future repairs.
